About Me
Hi all
I am an IT technician from Belgium, I work at a helpdesk and i Solve problems remotely. I use teamviewer to connect to the customer his computer and solve the problems you need me to solve. I'm fluent in dutch / English and well spoken in French.
We can also use Skype to communicate while i do my work or i can just do my work without you are around.
I can only solve software problems ofcourse, if i cannot solve the problem remotely nothing will be charged but I will provide feedback on where you can get your problem solved
