Collins Owino

Collins Owino is a Statistician/Data Analyst with a MSc., BSc ​ in Applied Statistics from Maseno University, Kenya. ​​ He has a 15 year academic and corporate career, with experience in higher education and County Governments Economic Planning and Budget process. ​ He has worked as the Director of Planning and Statistics at the County Government of Kisumu, where he was responsible for central planning and budget monitoring, economic planning functions, production of statistical reports, data mining and updating, monitoring, and evaluation of policies and programs, and planning and management of human resources. ​ He has also worked as an Assistant Lecturer at KCA University, where he taught various subjects related to statistics and mathematics. Additionally, he has held positions as a Coordinator of Academic Affairs, Coordinator of Diploma Programs, Research Coordinator, and Examinations Officer at KCA University. ​ Collins Owino has also received training in various areas.
