Thank you for taking the time to view my profile, my goal is to is to provide solutions in front of quality or production issues, reduce company cost of quality and maximize profitability.
To do so, we are having a panel of quality tools, audit process which would give a “snapshot” situation to put in place all the necessary action plans. Supplier support, Quality Management, Quality Implementation, Supplier Evaluation, Service Provider Evaluation.
Over the time I have also specialized in suppliers “de-escalation” process and continuous improvement.
