I have over six years of experience working in a fast paced retail environment, where I developed strong problem solving and technical support skills by handling day to day tech issues on the shop floor. While my official role was in retail sales, I quickly became the go to person for any IT related problems, including Point of Sale POS system errors, label printer issues, barcode scanner malfunctions, and network connectivity problems. I regularly resolved hardware and software faults with minimal downtime during busy periods.
