I have twelve years of experience as a Professional Administrative Support Assistance at the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry/Centers for Disease Control (ATSDR – CDC).
My knowledge and experience consists of:
• Microsoft Word Office: I compiled and typed manuals for publication; composed and typed letters, reports and speeches.
• Excel: I kept an accurate spreadsheet of inventory for office supplies, computers, printers, blackberries and I tracked the average attendance of employees for deployment during a H1N1 outbreak.
• PowerPoint: I designed flyers and booklets for a workshop to help employees to set goals.
• Microsoft Outlook: I entered meetings and events for supervisors.
• GovTrip and CDC Mainframe: (reservation systems for travel)
