I am an Administrative & Digital Marketing Support Specialist with 3+ years of experience supporting small businesses and remote teams.

I assist with CRM management, data entry, lead tracking, email handling and follow ups, reporting, and day to day admin tasks that keep operations organized. I also support email campaigns, outreach activities, scheduling, and basic performance reporting.

I’m reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently in remote environments.

I work with tools such as Zoho, Brevo, Phantombuster, Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, MS Office, Asana, and Zendesk, and I adapt quickly to new systems.

Available for short term, part time, or ongoing support 5–10 hours per week. Happy to start with a small task or trial.
