Ive been in the customer service industry since 2012, starting as a representative and growing into roles that allowed me to handle complex escalations and lead teams. Over the years, I became a subject matter expert, escalation manager, and learning specialist, and I’ve spent the past three years in Quality Assurance, ensuring service excellence. Currently, I manage the Purchasing Order department for a U.S. based company, where I lead process improvements and team development.
