Christos Mitsios

Since graduating from Central Film School London I have been building my career as a freelance filmmaker. My passion for wanting to work in the film industry became apparent to me as a young man; I worked as a young runner in Greece for my cousin on her daily news channel. I moved to England when I was 18 and decided to first complete a Degree in Business Management. After working in sales for a few years I decided I must follow my dream as a filmmaker.

My first job in the industry was an internship for Ben TV as a self-shooter and editor for 2 months. The Job at Ben TV required a fast and reliable shooter and editor every week in order to interview people or cover events. It was important that I edited in a timely fashion to ensure it could be on air every week. This role improved my confidence, organisation and my ability to operate the camera independently.
