I’m currently managing 95 residential buildings in Pretoria. I’ve worked for the lawyers firm for 5+ years now and it’s time for a new job. I like my job and am proficient at it. 50 buildings would be easy to manage but 95 is a lot of work to manage alone and I’m severely underpaid, thus my decision to seek employment in a similar field elsewhere. 

As PA, I schedule his meeting agendas ensuring that he has the necessary documentation ie drafting of SLA agreements, Trustee reports, minutes of meetings with summaries, conclusions and future continuation of meetings. AGM, SGM and Trustee meetings. Site meetings, budget, approval of maintenance quotes, proxies and nominations, financial reports, online meeting scheduling via teams or Zoom.

oversee the work of the letting agents to ensure that the necessary documentation is correct and up to date according to the portfolio of each building. Letting agents are not allowed to move forward with their clients until the approval has been issued from our office.
