Hi, Im Mark Jay — a versatile IT professional with over 8 years of hands on experience across IT Helpdesk, Social Media Marketing, Administrative Support, Technical Recruitment, IT Administration, and System Administration. Currently based in the Philippines and working for an Australian BPO firm, I play a hybrid role supporting both IT operations and recruitment.
