About Me

I am a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, motivated to learn and grow in the field of software quality. I have experience in designing and executing tests, Web and API testing with Postman, SQL/database queries, agile methodology Scrum and bug tracking with Jira. I am familiar with Javascript, BDD/Gherkin and test automation using Capybara, Cucumber, Ruby and Cypress. I bring over 10 years of corporate telecom experience, working with data analysis, requirements and customer satisfaction, which strengthens my QA work focused on solution quality and user experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and MBAs in Project Management and Full Stack Web Development.
