About Me
I have 4 year’s experience working in textile design and a master’s degree in Textiles from the Royal College of Art, as well as a 1st class undergraduate degree in Textiles For Interiors. My work experience comprises 3 years as Lead Designer creating rugs and fabrics for the high-end market at Luke Irwin in London, followed by a year designing textiles for Bill Beaumont Textiles UK and there parent company Al Guthmi Group in the Middle East.
I am highly proficient in Illustrator, Autocad and Photoshop and have strong hand drawing skills and a good eye for colour. I am currently freelancing and enjoying working on new projects and keeping all my clients happy!
I have an intimate understanding of the Textile market and pre production preparation for suppliers, from working on bespoke client projects for retailers such as John Lewis, Lux Deco and William Sonoma Home NY. My expertise lies in screen printing, weaving, hand drawing and Illustration.
