I am a highly motivated recent graduate looking to develop my practical skills in psychology. Ultimately aiming an opportunity to obtain an entry level human resource position, with eventual advancement to training and development.

I have worked at the academe's Guidance Office during the first 5 months of my internship and been exposed to the industrial setting for Human Resource Department for the remaining 5 months for the school year. I've done quit a bit of writing contacting potential candidates, monitor emails for all incoming applications and process applications send out application form to applicants, ensure all information is complete. I have been the one to conduct initial screening of applications, organize database of applicants' resumes, application forms, test results, profiles, etc. and pre-screen applicants and is the one to schedule and confirm interviews.

I am a highly organized, quick to learn, hardworking, resourceful, and reliable individual.
