My responsibilities included handling order statuses, processing cancellations, and managing returns, freight, price matches, and claims for lost, damaged, and incomplete packages.

In addition to addressing customer concerns, I coordinated with multiple vendors, suppliers, and logistics companies. I also managed social media accounts, responding to comments and direct messages.
I also worked as a Technical Support Associate for a year and a half, focusing on financial accounts under Intuit handling bank transactions, daily savings, and monthly bills, as well as offering technical support.
