About Me
I am, a customer experience advocate and CRM professional with over 15 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, has helped several large and small teams, and brands to understand their customers’ behavior.
My digital marketing journey started in 2005 as an Email Marketing Manager for Acceleration. An interest in data analyses and technology ignited my passion for CRM which drove me to join Africa’s leading digital agency, Digitas Liquorice.
My career highlight so far, a Silver Assegai for CRM technology, as a result of my work as Project Manager at Liquorice to develop and optimize Distell's CRM Program. Building on this experience, I have moved on to join Africa’s leading e-commerce retailers, Zando, as a CRM manager, Travelstart, and Mr. D Food as their Head of CRM and currently as the Systems and Product Manager for the Discover Africa Group.
I also do public speaking at conferences on the topics of managing data and CRM.
