My experience in the banking sector as a Community Banker at FNB has honed my customer service skills and ability to handle diverse clientele. I have gained valuable insights into financial services and risk management, which I believe will be beneficial in understanding the needs employees and ensuring their welfare in the workplace. Additionally, my role as a Teacher’s Assistant has equipped me with strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and effective communication skills. These experiences have enhanced my adaptability and problem solving abilities, qualities essential for success in HR roles. Furthermore, my time as an HR Assistant at SAPS provided me with practical knowledge and hands on experience in various aspects of Human Resource Management.
