Catherine Mwangi

I am a self driven and dynamic Data Analyst who is passionate about effective development work and data utilization for learning, performance improvement, and decision making. I have over 5 years of experience in M&E, Operations Research, Data management, and Impact measurement of projects/programs, Health and Nutrition, Poverty Reduction, and Community Empowerment, and HIV/AIDS. I have also worked with donors like USAID, Global Fund, and Medtronic’s International among others.

I possess knowledge and experience of carrying out qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Additionally, I am highly experienced in designing baseline, midline, and end line evaluations. I have developed MEL data quality assurance guidelines and plans in my current workplace. I have demonstrated expertise in analyzing data using statistical software such as NVIVO, Python, QGIS, SPSS and Excel. Using my knowledge of the above, I have written two abstracts that were accepted for presentation.
