Carmen Barredo

My name is Carmen Cortes Rodriguez, a Spanish Statistician born and living in Madrid, Spain. I studied a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics. I myself paid my Master's Degree in Mathematical Sciences by studying data, and teaching Statistics ad Mathematics to university students. A reason to choose Statistics as a profession was that I could access to almost any Science because all Sciences have data to study.

I am looking for a working-from-home Translator. I began translating statistical and mathematical texts, then technical and scientific texts, and finally, general texts from Spanish into English or vice versa. Most technical terminology is near Latin words, which means similar to Spanish terms. Let me remind you that the origin of Spanish is Old Castilian spoken in our Peninsula's center where Madrid is. Old Castilian is a Latin evolution. If working with technical jargon is not a problem, non-technical language is not, either.
