About Me
I am writing to express my interest in your job posting of a Customer Service VA – Email, Chat and Phone Support. I read the requirements and I felt the urge to apply. I have 15 years of Customer Service Experience. 5 years of being an agent, 10 years of being a Team Manager of 20 agents and half the time is homebased. I find the joy in serving that has placed me in this kind of job for many years and still loving it. I find it exciting to think I get paid to do the things I love. I have seen many skilled agents for this job but not everyone is cutout for excellent customer service. I am all heart for this kind of job. What attracts me the most is I get to serve my boss and their customers.
