Professional profile:
My style is characterized as being an inventive leader in my dealings with people and events. In fact I have such a strong ability to lead that I probably find in most activities I am involved in my rise to positions of responsibility. It is probably clear to me that certain things need doing in certain ways and rather than hang around on the sidelines, I get things moving by influencing others.
For me, there must be a good reason for doing things. My approach to work and leisure is governed by logic, this is not to say that I am rigid - change can be accommodated provided it makes sense. I am confident in making decisions and giving orders - a corollary of my leadership qualities. Coaching, Direction and Executive positions therefore are the ones that best suit my skills.
