About Me
I have 3 years experience in the customer service industry, over 2 of which were served with the DWP Department of Works & Pensions.
I took on a number of roles whilst with them, starting with NEFT National Email and Fax Team which involved listing, editing and removing job adverts that were electronically sent by the employer on the Jobcentre Plus website. I then moved on to ED Employer Direct calls which was the same as NEFT position but the details were taken via telephone. I was then promoted to a Crisis Loan Decision Maker.
Other daily tasks included distribution of work, quality checking and giving feedback, using company CRM systems, inbound and outbound calls and other related administrative tasks.
Ive a sound knowledge of customer service, have the confidence to make appropriate decisions when needed and can work confidently as an individual or as part of a team.
