One of my personal success was being the main organizer of an international conflict resolution training, keep in hand the logistics, finances, people management and program organization.

I like to find the most effective way to complete a task or resolve an issue, then estimating times and resources and then jump into it. I like working hard, I appreciate the clearly communicated goals, well-organized work and regular feedback to people.

I have balanced personality, I like to resolve conflicts, create positive atmosphere by respecting and motivating people. I am reliable and committed to whatever project I started to work on, I am also patient and correct to people. I have good time management and able to work in flexible hours.
