I have an experience in the banking sector as i dedicated my 20 years to it working for different departments respectfully.
Within the human resources i dealt with fostering talent, insuring that compliance with regulation is followed, helping staff with their talent growth.Organising meetings, updating each staff file reconciliation of reports.
In Sales and service i thrived in making sure that i build long lasting relationship with customers.this was done through email or telephonically to update the customer about their account status or new products that the bank may be launching.I sometimes helped customers ,whether is investments, savings ,loans products or even wealth management.My goal was to exceed expetactions and deliver good service.
I also got exposed to Forex ,as i learned more about International global finance markets.Managing currency risks.
On my stay in the bank I embraced challenges, resilience and adaptability to different situation.
