About Me
I’m a native speaker of Spanish and I’m studying Portuguese. I have a degree in English and a MA in Audiovisual Translation. Over the past 3 years I have worked as a translator, proofreader and subtitler for several companies and film festivals such as Amara on Demand, Global Voices, MyFitnessPal or El Ojo Cojo Film Festival.
I have subtitled videos, translated texts and localized websites, software and mobile applications mostly about: health, marketing, IT & Internet, videogames, education, fashion, cooking and tourism. I have experience using DTP/graphic design software Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, QuarkXpress and CAT Tools Trados, OmegaT, MemoQ.
