My name is Bhagyashri Pednekar. I have more than 7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in the IT industry and 4+ years in operations and process related roles in non IT organizations.

In my IT experience, I have worked as a Software Test Engineer focusing on manual testing and quality assurance. I have tested ERP systems, e commerce platforms, job portal applications, and web based applications. My responsibilities included functional testing, regression testing.
I also have hands on experience working with admin and account level access, validating reports, reviewing workflows, and ensuring system processes work correctly from both operational and user perspectives.
With my combined experience in operations and software testing, I bring a strong understanding of business processes along with technical QA skills.
I am currently available for freelance and task based opportunities in software testing, website testing, QA support, and process validation.
