My name is Bhagya Kulkarni. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Basaveshwar Science College, Bagalkot, and a Master of Business Administration in HR and Finance from Chetan Business School, Hubli.

I have 1 year and 2 months of experience in banking operations as an Assistant Manager – II at ICICI Bank. My responsibilities included account opening, KYC verification, transaction processing, reconciliation, customer support, and MIS reporting. I worked on platforms like Finacle and CRM Next, ensuring all operations were compliant with RBI and internal guidelines.
