About Me
I worked in the BPO Industry for 4 years handling different US Accounts such as:
1. Loan Originator It is an outbound account where in we call potential customers that wants to have a loan
2. Telco Sales Sprint, now part of T Mobile It is an inbound account where in we upgrade the plans and phones of the customer. We are the one who processed credit checking and adding a new phone line as well.
3. Retail Sams Club It is an inbound account where we process replacement, refunds and membership. Ive been into different LOB as well where I handled inbound chat and back office.
4. Telco Billing Verizon It is an inbound account where we cater customer service of the customer, bill explanations, upgrades & downgrades.
After 4 years in the BPO, I decided to be an Amazon Product Researcher, where I find profitable products for my client and soon I was able to be promoted as Amazon Account Manager.
