I've worked as a technical support representative and IT Service desk analyst for 6 years with different US companies like UBS, Time Warner Cable, Verizon and Brighthouse Networks.
I am well experienced in assisting users with their Internet issues, modem/router configuration, computer troubleshooting and re-staging, MS Office system and Software installations, password reset and advanced troubleshooting with bank database and software. I am also comfortable in multitasking and can handle more than one issue at the same time. I have undergone Customer Service training and achieved the highest customer satisfaction survey rating consistently.
I was able to work in a different environment as an Office Staff/assistant for 2years. I have experience in providing data entry, clerical and administrative support to data management department which are all part of the admin works. I am also comfortable with typing with a high volume of information into a database for all day.
