Currently I help families make some of the biggest changes in their lives. Understanding the stress and financial implications has served me well in assisting my clients. In previous positions I helped grow the efficiency and financial position of the organizations I worked at. I have always worked to help and develop the people around me to meet the individual and organizational goals. For me helping other people succeed is a big driving force. When they win, I win.
Having been involved in corporate structures, family businesses and small one man business, I have a wide range of experience. I understand that there is not just one side to the story, and not one size fits all. Being dynamic and flexible in business without moving away from my values and being a fiduciary to my clients has helps me serve them best.
I believe in hard work and accountability. As my father said to me as a youngster: Do it right, or dont do it at all. This motto I carry into every project I take on.
