Im an HR Coordinator with demonstrated experience in full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. At Extenda Retail, I have led the development and implementation of a new company wide recruitment process, including creating standardized job descriptions and promotion paths. My hands on experience includes managing recruitment processes, pre/onboarding, and implementing Ways of Working with AI for HR and talent acquisition.

My technical toolkit includes proficiency in modern recruitment platforms like Teamtailor and BambooHR, complemented by AON Assessment certification. Prior experience includes leading recruitment and training initiatives across multiple locations at Brothers AB. Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in HR, I combine practical recruitment experience with relevant academic knowledge in HR and psychology.
