Beljun Flores

I am Engr. Beljun Panganduyon Flores, a seasoned Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience in roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects across Asia, Africa, and South America. Currently based in Davao City, I specialize in civil design and CAD operations, having held roles from AutoCAD Operator to Civil Design Lead and Structural Inspector.
My expertise lies in utilizing advanced design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and STAAD to develop and review detailed engineering drawings, method statements, and project schedules. I have worked on landmark infrastructure projects including the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Railway Bridge in Bangladesh, the TAZARA Intersection Flyover in Tanzania, and National Road 5 in Cambodia
In my roles, I’ve consistently ensured quality and safety compliance while maintaining effective coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams. I am proficient in developing comprehensive project plans and progress monitoring using MS Project and Excel.
