I had experience in data entry and customer service. I worked with a client from Canada too before where I searched for information and encoded the details in excel and their system about the different tools. I worked on 2 projects in one year. After that, I was hired as a customer service representative in a call center company in the Philippines for 3 years. I was a chat support in the billing department. Basically, I would resolve billing issues, pitch sales, and basic technical issues. I would explain the billing issues, process payment and update their account if it is needed. It was required to pitch a sale to each customer. When the customer agreed, then, process the sale right away. Also, I dealt with simple technical problems. It was a great experience. I learned a lot of things that mold my skills in customer service and data entry. It improves my typing skills and interpersonal skills.
