About Me
I am a Senior Data Scientist, Consultant and Trainer who graduated with a PhD in statistics modelling from the University of Sheffield Russell Group in[removed]I have experience in statistics and data science in academia as well as in the industry. After graduating with my PhD, I taught R and SPSS at the University of Sheffield and I have worked on many projects as a data scientist at the University as well as in the industry. After my experience at the University, I worked as a Lead Data scientist at HSBC to develop models in fraud detection and prevention of fraudulent payments using Python and SQL. I have then worked at Minitab as a trainer and consultant in data analytics for a wide range of industries pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing. I am currently working as a Project Engineer in Artificial Intelligence at the AMRC University of Sheffield. In my projects and along my career path, I worked with R, Python, SQL, Excel, Minitab and SPSS.
