I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology BSIT from Philippine Advent College in[removed]After completing my degree, I embarked on my career journey as a saleslady, where I worked
for eight months. Following my time in retail, I transitioned to a role as an Account Officer at Card MRI Rizal Bank, where I have been working for nearly a year. In this position, I serve as a loan processor, responsible for updating documentation and performing data entry tasks. Here, I have come to appreciate the significance of customer service in the banking industry as well. Providing clear communication and support to clients during the loan process is essential for building trust and ensuring a smooth experience. A strong focus on customer service helps to address client concerns promptly and effectively, which is crucial in maintaining positive relationships.
