If I introspect, in the last twenty four years of my career, one of the most important learnings has been to ‘intently listen to what your internal and external customers have to say’.
An insightful ear and a non blinking eye were my first learnings, and have stayed. Ear, though sometimes loses the sight, but the eye has never blinked.Our customers communicate with us consciously or unconsciously, and as caretakers of a Product/Service and a Brand, it is very important to decipher what they are really trying to say and therefore what do we do about it.
