I have two years of experience as a customer experience executive at Kyosk Digital Solutions and Outsource Global & Technology Ltd. and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Extension in Obafemi Awolowo University. During my time at Kyosk Digital SoLutions have learned how best to respond to all customer related issues including Co Op help center, CS On call Roster using the work tools Zendesk, Slack, Notion, Kyosk Portal OMS, Kyosk Dashboard, ERP and Google Workspace. For the past year, I have been responsible for managing the customer success center, and since I took on this role, our engagement numbers have increased by 45%. Also, I have been monitoring our customer satisfaction rating, dispatch related issues/delivery trips, calls, Customer retention/loyalty promo programs
