Ayushi Mishra

I am a Ph.D. in Nano Biotechnology with over 10 years of interdisciplinary research experience spanning computational chemistry, biomedical engineering, nanomaterials, and biosensor development. My work focuses on simulating biomolecular interactions, designing nanostructure drug systems, and developing high end scientific instrumentation—all with a strong emphasis on real world biomedical applications. My expertise includes molecular dynamics MD, density functional theory DFT, molecular docking, spectroscopy, adsorption studies, and reaction mechanism evaluations. I have a strong command of tools such as GROMACS, LAMMPS, ORCA, Quantum ESPRESSO, AutoDock Vina, Chimera, PyMOL, and others. Beyond computational science, I bring extensive hands on experience in instrument prototyping, lab automation, 3D modeling using SolidWorks, and high precision hardware development. I also offer 3D printing capabilities for rapid prototyping, product development, and biomedical device fabrication.
