Hello! Im Ayesha – a passionate, multi talented professional with experience in event management, content writing, and psychology based communication. I’ve worn many creative hats, including serving as an Event Manager at Crescent Publishing House CPH and representing Kashmir in I.I.M.U.N. India’s International Movement to Unite Nations, where I developed strong leadership, diplomacy, and public speaking skills.

At Crescent Publishing House, I’ve led the organization of book fairs, literary festivals, author meetups, and youth empowerment events. From planning logistics and curating sessions to managing volunteers and promoting events across platforms Ive handled it all with precision and heart.

As a member of I.I.M.U.N., I’ve engaged in national level debates and discussions on global issues, helping raise awareness and amplify the voice of Kashmiri youth. This experience helped me grow as a confident communicator, a thoughtful listener, and a passionate advocate for education and unity.

I’m also a creative writer, specializing in touching poetry, heartfelt short stories, and emotionally intelligent blog content. With a deep interest in psychology and human emotions, I write pieces that truly connect with readers on a personal level.
