I was a call center agent for unateus. It is an international company that drive sales for other companies. My job was to call lead that the company will bring to my CRM dashboard and I have to make sure I convert it into sales. Sometimes I upsell to the customers or cross sell to the customers. I had to manage a lot of rejections but I kept pushing and follow up on clients who rejected my offer. One thins about sales job is that you need to let the customers know why they need your product and why they shouldnt live a day without your product.
