Before my HR role, I worked as a website developer for eight months, where I specialized in creating dynamic and
visually appealing websites. My technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in ecommerce platforms like WooCommerce, allowed me to deliver high quality results for various clients. This technical
background enhances my ability to understand and recruit for technical roles, ensuring a strong match between
candidates and job requirements.
