“I have a strong background in IT support and training with over 15 years of experience. I started my career after earning my degree in Philosophy and a General Diploma in Education, then moved into the IT field where I obtained certifications including ICDL, CompTIA A+, and hardware maintenance.

I have worked as an IT support specialist for companies like Procter & Gamble and Elmahdy Computer Service, and since 2012, I’ve been working as an IT Support Manager and Instructor at I Tech Computer Co. In this role, I manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and train staff and students on computer skills.

I’m skilled in hardware and software maintenance, Microsoft Office and project management tools, and I have strong problem solving and communication skills. I’m fluent in Arabic, with very good English and good German, which helps me communicate in diverse environments.
