Patient.
● Perform pre call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services.
● Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance
companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference.
● Patient Registration, Eligibility Verification and Appointment Scheduling.
● Calling to US Clients for Insurance Verification and Doctors regarding coordination.
● Working on Eligibility Verification, Claims and Authorizations.
● Scheduling meetings and conferences, Recording meeting minutes
● Coordinating with other Hospitals regarding scheduling Cardiology Procedures and same informed to
Patient and Client.
● Pulled out the Procedure wise report on Daily and Monthly Basis. Make sure all gets authorized and Billed on correct DOS.
● Scheduling an Appointments with Hospitals, rewrite and verify Hospitals
