I work as a Scientist at a Central Government Research Institute in Cochin under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi and have an experience of 19 years as a researcher. My area of research is Biochemistry and Nutrition. I have obtained my PhD from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin. Prior to that, I worked briefly at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram. I obtained my Post-graduate degree in Medical Biochemistry from Jawaharlal Institute for Post graduate Medical Education and Research JIPMER, Pondicherry and graduated from Andhra University in Biochemistry. I have always been fond of reading and writing since my younger days. As a part of my work I write and publish several research articles in international and national journals. Also I had served as member of the Editorial Committee of an international journal Fishery technology for 6 years.
