My own story started in Puerto Rico, but has taken me throughout the US, Canada, Spain, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, Russia, Japan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Bahrain, the UAE, and beyond. I have written and provided editorial guidance for works of historical nonfiction, fiction in multiple genres, reports, marketing materials, and professional articles. I am a native Spanish and English speaker with experience translating from Russian and Italian, including cultural context.
