About Me
Hello there,
I am now working for a medical device manufacturing firm.
My experience comprises 13 plus years milling, in aerospace manufacturing and presently working in the engineering department of the turning section for the last 2-3 years...
My expertise is in prooving out precise medical component using CAD-CAM, like Mastercam, CNC programming and modelling with SolidWorks.
I can carry out setting the job through auto lathes, like tornos, tsugami, Cincom et cetera...
I am able to do tool planning for special-purpose applications.
I am able to inspect parts using a profile projector, keyence autoscope, ogp's along with other measuring instruments.
I have knowledge of broaching, whirling apart from regular lathe operations.
