Over 2015 I was a BPI lead for Shell UK Demand creation, Work Definition, Production Planning, IT System performances, MRP/MRP2, Quality, Logistics, People productivity,... improving Material availability by +40% and Maintenance Productivity by +30% saving over 2 years for Shell UK - Brent Charlie Oil and gas platform. Latterly I built and end to end National SCM & Maintenance Execution BPI project for Woodside Australia via WODGROUP ODL and define the global ROI strategy over 5 years staffing 10 consultants, with an ROI over[removed]years. I developed solid knowledge in Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, IT, productivity and cash to cash, all in accordance with best practices, to always reach the ROI.
