I am a seasoned HR Practitioner with overall experience throughout the employee lifecycle, a professionally qualified HR Practitioner and Commissioner of Oaths, SA. I have performed various roles within the HR discipline in Corporate HR & @ NPOs over the past +15 years. My roles encompassed HR generalist, building HR capability & project related activities to operating companies globally. This involved much synergy & engaging with diverse teams at varying levels both & externally. Customer relations is a key feature, where configuration & customization changes for enhancements & support deliveries involve client input, participation & ultimately client/organisation satisfaction.
Prior project experience within the HR Capability project resulted in successful implementation of the performance & talents systems, employee engagement & the People Portal being the central point of all HR information within a Global entity.
