Ankur Kumar

My name is Ankur. I am an Android developer with around 8 years of building apps and solutions related to Mobile specifically Android. I started my career with Huawei building a Dialer which could search users by name and number using just the number keypad. I worked on various other projects including the HiMessage app which works exactly like WhatsApp. 

I moved to SAP Labs in 2012 and worked with the Reference Applications team building sample apps and writing blogs for end customers of SAP on how they could easily and quickly integrate SAP Mobile solutions.

I moved to Philips in 2015 and till now I have been working on their HealthSuite App which integrates Bluetooth connectivity with Personal health devices and sends the data to the backend.

Over this course of 8 years i have built Android apps with no third-party libraries and some with every kind of third-party libraries so I am well versed in most flavors of Android apps.

I follow all the popular libraries in Android namely Gson, Retrofit, Dagger2, RxAndroid, Picasso, etc so I should be able to build any app quickly.
