Andrea Fernández

I am an International Relations graduate from Universidad del Norte, Colombia. Besides Spanish, my mother tongue, I have an advanced level of English and an intermediate level of Portuguese.

I currently work as a remote part-time Front Office Clerk at a New York-based pest-control company, and although it is a freelance job, I have over a year of experience in full-time customer service positions in the BPO industry.

I have social skills such as efficient communication and healthy interpersonal relationships. I am kind and always like to take into account those around me. This allows me to handle customers' issues properly because I empathize with them while I seek the best solution within my reach.

At the moment, I am looking for a customer service or back-office part-time job, four or maximum five hours a day, from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Colombia time. However, I do not rule out other types of job offers as long as they fit my interests and needs.
