past decade, I’ve transitioned from hands on QA to a strategic role managing global eCommerce and digital transformation projects.

Today, I help cross functional tech teams and business stakeholders execute high impact projects that meet—and often exceed—business goals. My core mission? To eliminate ambiguity, foster agility, and create systems where clarity leads to velocity.
